Review - Sigma Beauty Brushes & Tools

Hello Pretties!!!

So excited!! I finally received my order from Sigma Beauty and today I am going to review on Sigma Beauty Brushes and their top seller product - Dry'n Shape. I have heard lots of raves about these brushes on blogs and youtube and of cos I checked out their blog because i cannot resist brushes!! I am such a brush FrEaK!! ok! Lets start from the very 1st product I have got from Sigma Beauty. I placed my 1st order quite awhile ago when they are having their black friday promo where shipping is free worldwide that day!! pretty awesome right? So i tot why not try their brushes.. so I started my collection with the Hollywood Glamour Flat Top Retractable Kabuki - Purple . It super cute and handy, most importantly its more hygiene compared to open brushes if you want to carry it in your makeup bag.

The parcel did not take too long to arrive and the packaging was amazing. It comes with an instruction manual of the product you purchase and also nicely packaged. Love it.

Look at how cute this brush is? and the bristles are super soft and dense which can give you a good coverage when u use it to apply your liquid foundation. Sorry about the dirty brush cos i have been using it alot almost everytime i apply my liquid foundation... alternating with the F80 - Flat Top Kabuki which i also owned. Both of them have pretty much the same function but i will use the F80 when i am doing my makeup at home and bring the retractable one when i am travelling.

Now.. Lets move on to my recent purchase.. i missed this years black friday promo.. was so sad about it.. due to overwhelm Sigma fans.. i couldnt get into the website and i gave up!! BUT still i so wanted to try the highly raved product Dry'n Shape and eventually i still got it despite i missed the annual awesome promo...

I finally got my Dry'n Shape last week which i have been waiting and waiting for it to arrive so that i can do a review on my Sigma collections...

This Dry'n Shape is a very interesting system where it is designed to completely dry your brushes within 4 to 6 hours and at the same time helps to shape it back. Perfectly good for dense brushes which take ages to dry after cleaning. The Dry'n Shape looks like brush rolls with slots for brushes of different sizes. It provide pressure to bristles to remove water from every fibre at the shorest time. The special fabric used to shape the bristles was designed to accelerate water evaporation which shorten the drying time. I have tried it on my brushes immediately after i receive my Dry'n Shape.

☆Steps on how i wash my brushes☆

1. Pour a small amount of MAC brush cleanser into a small container.

2. Dip dirty brush into the cleanser and swirl it until the brush is cleaned.

3. Gently press the bristles to remove excess water/cleanser, slightly dap dry with a clean towel.

4. Place the damp brushes in the Dry'n Shape using the smallest band the brush can fit in (this is to ensure that your brush bristles can be hold firmly and it also helps in reshaping your brush).

5. Turn the Dry'n Shape upside down ( to prevent the water to backflow to the handle) and leave it to dry for 4-6 hrs and we r done!!

☆After Drying☆

F80 - Flat Top Kabuki - Price: $18

All the brushes are dry within 6 hrs and looks just like new ones. I am really impressed with the speed of drying and the ability to reshape the brushes to almost like brand new. The only down side of this Dry'n Shape is they are not suitable for smaller brushes like eyeshadow brushes, the smallest slot is still too big for my eyeshadow brushes.. but i guess it does not affect how much i love it since small brushes do not take long time to dry so normal drying would be sufficient enough...

Overall : I love all the Sigma Beauty products that I have purchased and will would like to try more of their collections!!

To start with... I would like to review on Brand's Innershine Berry Essence with Grape Seed Extract.

- I like that is taste really nice and fruity. When u twisted open the cap.. you can smell burst of berries!! (it actually smells very much like concentrated ribena :P )

- Natural enough~ contains lots of juice concentrates... including Acai.. which contains very good antioxidant properties..

- No colouring and preservatives added. Its a thick berry purplish reddish colour liquid.. i dun quite know how to describe the colour.. blackcurrant colour? plum colour.. oh well... -___-

- Affordable if u make comparison to other beauty drinks, e.g fancl's TenseUp Ex which tasted similar (very fruity taste)

- I think I only came across this product at Watsons.. Let me know if there is more locations selling this product... :)

Other than that... I am pretty happy with this product. I like to consume it before I sleep every alternate nights and when I wake up next morning, I discovered more radiance on my skin and it seems to be brighter... I have already finished 4 bottles and coming 5th tonight..

Will i repurchase this product? Definitely Yes!!! This products helps lazy me to "beautify" myself!!

Hi Dearies~

Haven been updating my blog for a while.. dead busy~~!! I cannot believe how work can be so stress like mine!! This is freaking crazy!! I think my stress level already hit maximum... seriously frustrating!!! Anyway.. jus wana share with u guys.. my 1st makeup tutorial on youtube.. I recorded it TWICE..the lighting for 1st time is bad... 2nd time is ok~ cos i actually used my laptop camera instead of my camera.. cos i dun have a proper tripod stand for my cam... well will try to improve on filming skills... once i can figure the best place and lighting in order to make better videos for u guys..

Dear Beauties,

Has been a while since i last blogged... again.. lotsa excuses to my lack of blogging... new job.. busy busy busy... stressed stressed stressed... tired tired tired... so... i have no time n no energy to blog... my bad.. haha.. will try my best....

When to HK last week... for business training... after work = shopping time... spent time with my besties in HK too.. miss her super duper much.. and wana thank her for bring me to places that i wana shop.. and the cheap deals we got... and of cos.. the expensive meals.. her bf treated me... thou i am jus too tired to enjoy the big feast... haha~ but overall... i love u sis!!

Have not really researched on Borghese before but again.. miniatures... too hard to resist... so wana try it out... if it can save my totally beyond salvage dark eye circle n eye bag! Olay Total Effects... jus always wanted to try out...cos i heard that its not bad.. feeling after using.. its actually jus ok.. maybe i should try it for a longer time... ?

H&M Lip Balm: Too cute to resist and it has a really nice peachie smell..
eos Lip Balm: Have not tried yet.. but i saw review on utubes.. have to try out!

*¤°•★ Shu Uemura Skin Purifying Oil Cleanser - Green Tea *¤°•★

Again wanted to try but its too x in SG... HK is actually cheaper by almost 1/2!! so of cos must get.. Took the Green Tea one which is more suitable for sensitive skin and have anti oxident effect.
After use: cleanse pretty well.. including water proof mascara... but need slightly longer time to remove stubborn waterproof makeup.. does not give irritation... nice acceptable green tea scent.. minimal oily feeling after wash.. pretty decent product..

☆ Very comfortable warm sensation while applying this product for the 1st time.. i think its probably due the the concentration of L-ascorbic acid. With the mild tingling sensation it made mi feel like the product is actually working on my pores.

~ Happy Chinese New Year ~

Hey Guys...

Sorry for lack of blogging... getting lazier after chinese new year... Wish u guys a very happy new year! Gong Xi Fa Cai and get more red packets!! Haha.. i didnt get as much since i didnt visit alot of places.. but its better than last year already.. This year i went to my bf's hometown... so travelled in msia... quite tedious due to the long car journey and with 4 adults squeezing at the back seat isnt really comfortable.. but i did enjoyed the short vacation... so much fun... :)

We started from Singapore → Kluang → Ipoh → Penang → Hap Chai (Thailand) → Ipoh → KL → Kluang!!!

Long Journey rite? but so fun to travel so many places in such a short time... like 4-5 days i think.

Didnt take much pics as we r always travelling and on the 1st day to Penang, I suffered from Gastric Flu and is super unbearable... no mood... but luckily my bf's papa got mi some medicine from drugstores.. Thank u bf's papa!!!

Hey guys... sorry abt my lack of posts... haha~ been lazy these feel days.. and i think i got eye infection.... having red rabbit eyes for days... not sure why... prob my lens? prob i am allergic to something... i am not sure yet... got to find out.... :(

Today i am going to review some of the makeup removers that i have tried out so far... still finding the best and most convenient one... haha.. i am lazy... Its real impt to remove ur makeup properly... this is the most basic step for a good skin... makeup residues are really harmful for ur skin... and most breakouts are caused by improper makeup removing... Ladies who love/have to make up~ PLEASE PLEASE remove makeup before u go to bed... for the sake of beautiful skin... :)

ღ Biore Makeup Remover for Eye & Lip ღ

Claims on Packaging:

✿ Biore micro cleansing formula removes eye & lip makeup quickly

✿ Thorough removal: Softens even heavily-layered waterproof mascara and thoroughly cleanses from root to tip and in-between lashes. Also removes eye makeup like gel, liquid eyeliner and glitter shadow

✿ Gentle on eyes & lashes: Reduces need for excessive, hard and repeated wiping around eyes.

- Dermatologically and Ophthalmologically tested

① The colour of this product attracts me... its pink!! (ok i know no link to the use of this product)
② It really cleanse my waterproof mascara thoroughly but i needa cleanse it like many times to totally remove all the eye makeup
③ Not as gentle as claimed on the product since i have slight stinging feel after removing my eye makeup (maybe i rubbed too hard?)
④ Acceptable pleasant smell

Claims on Packaging:

✿ Contains smooth cleansing oil to remove stubborn makeup gently and effectively. Minimises need for repeated wiping on eye lashes. eye area and face.

✿ Contains 10 sheets

Usage:

1. Using clean hands, gently wipe off makeup with sheet until there is no trace of makeup on the sheet

2. To remove waterproof mascara, place sheet on closed eyes for 5 to 6 secs before wiping off.

My tots:

① Comes in handy while travelling.

② Removes waterproof makeup on eyes but need to clean a few times for thorough removal.

③ No irritation after wiping with cleansing sheets.

④ Suitable for sensitive skins as it does not contain alcohol.

⑤ I will still prefer using cleansing oil to remove waterproof eye makeup if situation allows.

ღ Dove Lathering Oil Makeup Remover ღ

Claims on Packaging:

✿ Lathering oil cleansing, where oil cleansing transforms into a fine lather and removes makeup with the same efficacy of an oil based makeup remover.

✿ Can be used with wet hands and face.

Usage:

1. Press the pump (abt 3 pumps) and place lather on hand

2. Spread over makeup and rinse.

3. Recommended to use with dry hands and face for heavy makeup

4. Cleanse face with facial foam

My tots:

① Feels amazing when oil based product lathers in foam

② Removes waterproof makeup but stings when product get into your eyes (pretty painful)

③ Product contains alcohol and fragrance (not suitable for sensitive skins)

④ Need to cleanse again with facial foam

ღ Kanebo Freshel White C Cleansing Oil ღ

Claims on Packaging:

✿ This cleansing oil enriched with olive oil, removes stubborn water-proof makeup and old keratin.

✿ It contains citrus peel extract and Japanese basil extract as plant-derived moisturising ingredients, gentle yet refreshes the skin.

✿ Fragrance-free and no artificial colouring.

Usage:

1. Dispense appropriate amount (2 t0 3 pumps) onto dry palms, spread evenly on the entire face.

2. Massage gently with a few drops of water, allowing oil to emulsify and dissolve the makeup.

3. Rinse with lukewarm water

My tots:

① Cleanse waterproof makeup thorougly and gently.

② No irritations when product get into the eye.

③ Does not contain fragrance and artificial colouring (Love it!)

④ Can remove makeup while showering.

I prefer to cleanse with facial foam again to make sure that my face is really clean~ and i love this Kanebo Freshel Cleansing oil the most compared to the other makeup removers i have tried so far.

~Ichikami Hair Mask~

Hey Guys...

Do u all always put on hair mask to nourish ur hair? For mi.. i usually use hair mask as daily hair conditioner... due to my over damaged end... my hair ends splits like there is no tomorrow... i have no choice but to try out methods to save it... but i guess there is no solution to split ends other than chopping it off... which i really dun wanna do that...

I came across this Ichikami Hair Mask when i am sourcing for hair mask since i already finished my previous one... I am previously using the Essential Damage Care Rich Premier Intensive Hair mask.. this essential hair mask is not bad but i jus wanted to try a different one... so i tot rather than repurchasing the same hair mask...so i took the Ichikami Hair Mask... i have used the shampoo before n i love the scent of the shampoo... and the shampoo is not too bad... not drying but didnt really help in my split ends...

This product comes in a very simple yet pretty packing and with a lid on top... its easier and more convenient... than those normal hair mask when u need to twist open the cap...

Description of the product:

Ichikami hair care series with Rice Premium Ex (Yusuru essence, oil and proteim originate in rice bran) plus 6 kinds of pure japanese herbal essences which nourish, repair, strengthen and give a natural luster to ur hair.

Ichikami Hair Mask also contain Black Soybean and Black Rice Essences which make ur hair silky soft and healthier.

Direction of use:

1. Squeeze dry ur hair after washing with shampoo
2. Apply the hair mask on ur palm n spread it onto ur hair
3. Leave it for 1-2 mins (wrap ur hair with hot towel for better penetration of the product.
4. Rinse off thoroughly

What i like abt this product:
1. The texture of the product is so soft, silky and easy to spread all over my hair
2. The lid which allows mi to conveniently get the product out of the container.. no hassles..
3. I love love love the fruity wild sakura scents.. (it really smells good n lasted whole day)
4. It helps to calm down my spit ends and frizzy hair which makes it looks like its not so damaged.
5. Its not pricey.. affordable
6. The leave on time is rapid unlike other hair mask u need to put and wait for 10-15mins or more.

What i dun like abt this product:
1. It didnt give mi the super soft n silky feeling after rinsing off the product ( maybe i only used twice and my hair is beyond repair)
2. After drying my hair.. it didnt give mi a very smooth feeling.. like normal hair mask.. but it did make it looks better.

Overall: I really love love love the smell n i continue to use this product and do a better review after that.. i guess i will repurchase it cos i really love the scent of it... its still works well on my hair jus not much of the expected smoothness... but it dun get tangled up..

~WinWin Bday Celebration With Oppa Love~ (Photo Heavy)

hello guys... ok i know the post is overdue again.. but too mani pics here.. haha... *Warning: photo heavy and might make u guys hungry!!* My bday falls on Dec 28 and oppa decided to celebrate it for mi on Dec 27 so that he can spend the time with mi till 12am which is then Dec 28... but we ended up reaching home around 11.45pm cos my leg freaking hurts and i am super tired and hot... that nite was so warm in Sg.. isnt Dec supposed to be cooler ? but ya... it didnt... haha... so we both got so sweaty and sticky and the only thing i wana do is to go home bathe.. haha!!

We initially decided to go to one of the western food restuarant which i read the review from one of the food blogger... but u know wat? when we reached there.... then shop was closed~ and only closed for a day!! Why am i so suay? Why particularly on Dec 27??! i was so disappointed.... so.. we ended up eating at Japanese Restuarant : HANABI Restuarant & Sake Bar. Oppa once mentioned that this restuarant serves great food and since we are ard that area... we decided to walk in... Its a Ala Carte dinner buffet with tonnes of choices.... super nice n fresh sashimi!! And its at $33++ per pax... so total bill for 2 Pax is $77.68. Slightly pricy but for special occasions... its worth eating... BOth of us enjoyed the food so much... and i didnt regret my choice of coming to HANABI!! I WANA GO HANABI AGAIN!! SOONNN....

Super alot of pple Q-ing for the bubble tea... this KOI BBT is special in a way that u can request the sugar level of ur bbt... from 0% sugar to 100% sugar... and i choose the 25% sugar Bubble Milk Tea... i reckoned its not bad but... i guess i am used to bbt tt is sweeter... i am goin to try 50% sugar content next time...! Oppa tried the Plum Green Tea with 0% sugar... he likes it.. but i dun... weird.... too plumy for mi!! haha~

After KOI-ing... Oppa and i went to the beautiful bridge that links to Marina Bay Sands.... i love love love the helix design and the lightings of the bridge... n the niteview is awesome!! Good place for couples or group of frens to chill there... haa~

~Movie nite out with Christine~

Hey guys...

Doing a short post before i head to bed... went movie with Christine Dear today.... its was so rush... she texted mi around 6.10pm and said that she won a pair of movie tix... and ask if i could watch with her... i was like... ok... but wat time is the show starting... she said 7.15pm.. i was like huh?! OMG i got only an hr to wash up, make up and rush there... and this is crazy... haha.. but i was late at the end.... We watched Love And Other Drugs... starring Anne Hathaway & Jake Gyllenhaal... Its a romantic adult show i can say... many sexual scenes but its really quite touching... other than those XXX scenes~ hahaa!! The story is about Maggie (Anne Hathaway) who is suffering from 1st stage parkinson disease is afraid of being tied down in relationship but met Jamie (Jake Gyllenhaal) who have almost infallible charm with ladies and in the phamaceutical sales. The romantic part of this show is how true love can conquer everything... both fell in love with each other unknowingly and Jamie didnt mind that Maggie is a parkinson patient and is willing to take care of her.

Overall its a nice movie... haha... i will maybe rate it 3/5? Anne Hathaway is soooo gorgeous... i love her...

After the show... we went to macdonald's to have our late dinner... on the way there.. we saw BodyShop sales... so of cos i dragged her to check out if there is anithing worth getting... haha... shoppin is also killer for mi!! haha... End up we both got something similar... jus difference in flavours... haha~~

1. Classic Rose Perfume - Very gentle rose fragrance which i love very much... gentle enough for mi to take it.. (i cant stand super strong perfumes).. gives me a feeling of sweet and feminine after applying it..

2. Rainforest Radiance Conditioner (for coloured hair) - have not tried it yet.. so cant really comment but it smells smoothing... like rainforest... i cant really describe the smell but its quite pleasant to mi..

3. Rainforest Shine Shampoo (For normal to dry hair) - haven tried it too.. haha.. but it belongs to the same range.. smells leafy... haha.. but nice too...

4. Papaya Shower Gel - Tried this before long long time ago... after bathing.. it leaves a super nice sweet papaya fragrance and smooth feeling... love it~

5. Strawberry Puree Body Lotion - i am not a big fan of body lotions cos i seldom apply.. but this one attracts me to try out... soo super sweet smell like burst of strawberries... and its pink... haha~ pink is another killer for mi!! so i got it~

For the Classic rose perfume i got it for $14.90 SGD and item 2 - 5 at 4 for$10... great deal rite? haha~~

And i camwhored before removing my makeup... too rush... didnt put on any foundation...

~Mini Haul in Dec 2010~

Dear all...

One more overdue post... i did a mini haul in Dec 2010 when i shop with my xingxing... haa~ actually we meet up because she needs to get xmas pressies for gift exchange with her frens... and i am the only one not working at the moment... and is free for her... so i offered to accompany her.... i got a couple of items... i think i left out one or two items... without pics... but i will post it up in my other posts.. haha...

We went to orchard to hunt for her pressies... its so hard when u need to get things which are nice and with low budget... so... it took us awhile in collecting all the 6 gifts... while choosing her pressies.... i chosed mine too... she made mi spend money~~ :( haha~~

I got this 2 pairs of shoes for $29.90 from The Little Things She Needs located at ION Orchard #B3-52.. go check it out if u r interested... the shoes there are not too bad... haha... frens who knoes mi well will knoe that i am a super fan of stuffs with ribbons.... ribbon is a killer to mi!!! haha~~ i have already tried on these shoes... so far they seems nice... not very painful for ist time wear... i guess i will repurchase it when they are worn out... haha~~

I am never leave Watsons empty handed... why??!! hhaha... but i love to shop in Watsons... initially i wanted to get this pouch as a cosmetics pouch which i can bring while travelling... end up after looking at the storage capacity inside... i decided to use it to store my skincare products... (which were already filled into smaller containers for travelling purpose) and bot another blue next day for my cosmetics... so ... i have 2 pouch with same designs but different colour... haha... i think i got these pouches each for only $3.95 SGD from Watsons... and its so handy and cute~

i think thats abt all the things i bot that day.. another one thing i bot is a bag organiser... its someting like another smaller bag with alot of pockets... good for those bags that have no compartments.... it helps u find ur stuff easier rather than takin a long time trying to dig ur keys or hp.... haha~

Oh i got this cute hello kitty biscuit from Christine dear too.... Super cute hello kitty container with 4 packets of biscuits inside.... 4 different flavour biscuits inside... haha! super love it... but i am not sure wat will i put in this long hello kitty container after finishing the biscuits... haha~~

December has always been the most busiest and happiest mth of the year for me.. Why? cos its Xmas mth... bday mth... and NEW YEar.... I waited for 12 mths... for my bday .. well who dont? haha... aniway.. every year's dec i will have separate celebrations for my bday with different group of frens... like meeting this meeting that.. good to keep mi busy~ :)

I had advance bday celebration with my dearest Christine babe... she always made my bday so special and sooo much unexpected suprise from her.. thou its jus a few hrs meet up... its always unforgettable for mi~ This yr as usual.. we met up for dinner... cos she is busy with work n bf... so usually we can only hang out in the evening on weekdays.. Knowing that i love love love jap food... she chose to dine at Sushi Teh~ We ordered alot... of salmon sushi.. i mean most of the dishes i ordered has salmon sashimi.. cos i love it... i think i finished the whole salmon salad all by myself.. cos she dun eat raw food... i ate all~~ she jus help to eat the veggies... oh.. i have to mention.. the wafuu dressing for my salmon salad is awesome... super duper delicious... taste heavenly GOOD!! if u guys are to dine in at Sushi Teh.. n u love Salmon Sashimi? u must must order this salad with wafuu dressing... best combi and the Salmon sashimi in Sushi Teh is soo fresh! Juicy~ Chewy... *drools*

CAKE.... i am like ... omg how am i goin to finish the cake when i am so full... usually she will buy mi a slice of my fav strawberry shortcake... then i saw the waitress coming with 2 paper bags.. thinking again.. why are there 2 paper bags? so when Christine unload the stuffs from the paperbag... She bot 4 slices of strawberry shortcake from different cake shop... she is so sweet... ❤ her extremely.. thou its not an expensive surprise but its so sweet of her to spend time searching for different starwberry shortcake...

After negotiating... with her for very long... (fierce eye glances from the pple who are stil waiting for seats) haha... i jus need to eat one slice and take home 3... i think i will die if she ask mi to finish all ... super fulllll..... The amount of frens u have is not the most important factor.. the most important factor is they are always there when u needed them~

Toking abt thai food... i am not a fan of thai food cos its toooo hot and spicy for mi... but i chose this restuarant for dinner cos... the atmosphere looks good and my oppa loves spicy food... so wat to do... follow my love ones appetite.. haha~ Actually i have been told quite a no of times abt this restuarant... Its actually opened by one of the celebrities in Singapore... well he is from Thailand i think... but study in Singapore... or watsoever.. i am not sure abt the details but ya.. he is always appearing on tv shows and programme... so i guess most Singaporean knoes him.. haha...

This Porn's Sexy Thai Food is opened by Pornsak... i think this is how to spell his name.. i am sorry if i got it wrong... its located at 28 Liang Seah Street... nearest mrt will be bugis station. The serving of the food there is not very big... we chose most of the chef recommended dishes... and we are quite satisfied with the taste and everything...

Pricing.... abit x i guess... but still not unreasonably x... well if u think u dun mind spending a decent amt of money to try out the food there.. its definately recommended... and not all dishes are spicy.... my fave dish is the stir fried pork.. super nice.. n not spicy at all.. i finished most of it~ including the side veggies... cucumbers and lettuce.. haha~

I think i am pretty productive tonite.. 2nd post of the nite.. haha~ aniway... cos i have been slacking over the weekends... and neglecting my blog... so... here am i trying to be hardworking back.. haha~

Meet up with Adeline and Aarren last wed at Raffles City for dinner... This meetup purpose is supposed to be my advance bday dinner treat and of cos... our catch up session.. Met my gorgeous for dinner at Ding Tai Feng Restaurant.. for a simple dinner.. n was suprised to receive my Ist Xmas pressie from Adeline.... Aarron and I did not expect to receive pressie from Ade.. so both of us did not prepare anithing... haha~

So sweet of Ade... she got us hand lotions from Crabtree & Evelyn.. 3 types of different hand lotions.. (Hand Therapy --> Hand Remedy --> Hand Recovery) in a super nice box.. with pretty ribbon...

Nice rite? the smell is abit strong... i guess is something like lavender? but still bearable.. i will prefer if its light rosy smell... but i still love the pressie... will definately use it~

After dinner.. Ade suggested to buy a slice of cake ... for mi.. Since bday should have a cake... well appreciated.. so we went to Fruit Paradise.... haha.. the cake there are all super nice super attractive in appearance and of cos... taste wonderful... I think all the cakes there were made of fruits... tts why its called the Fruit Paradise. Haha...

Yum yum.. after finishing the whole big slice of mango strawberry cake.. we all head home.. miss them already... hopefully get to meet them soon again....

Ok... since its random bloggin now.. i will jus include watever i have left out blogging abt these few days.. haha~ ok talking abt the Sigma brush~ i got my Kabuki flat top retractable brush from Sigma Makeup and i absolutely love love love it... its so so soft n handy since its retractable.. u can always bring it aniwhere or even on travel.. u can also choose to load up powder on the brush before goin out... n save the trouble of bring ur loose powder whenever u needa touch up.. haha.. tts wat i will use for.. definately great for applying liquid foundation... i used it to apply my bb cream... since i am trying to cut down foundation... sorry to my anna sui liquid foundation.. i miss u sooo much~ haha~

~ Wonderful Enjoyable Weekend ~

Hey gal,

How did u guys spent ur weekend.. i had mine in Malaysia celebrating my bf's mum bday~ His daddy drove in Singapore to fetch both my bf and i and his family and i went for a short shopping spree in Sg.. but i didnt managed to get anything.... due to the tight schedule as we are suppose to leave for JB in the evening for dinner. so.. we were like rush rush rushing but was stucked at the custom for like 45 mins.. luckily we still made it in time for the dinner...

we went to Grand Straits Garden Seafood restaurant for dinner and the seafoods we had there were sooo fresh... we had alot of seafood (Crabs...Oysters...Prawn... n more) but i dint have chance to take down the pics ... we were all too hungry... once the food is served... we dig in so.. no time for pics at all... haha!

The bar corner in the restaurant.. was attracted by the blue lightings... cooling effect cos its so hot outside...

We then spent a nite over at Tune Hotel.. very nice n cosy hotel.. pictures and address of the hotel will be provided below... the rooms of the hotel are not big but the designs were great... i love the prints they have on the wall of each room... and they are famous to have super comfy bed.. and the most interesting part of this hotel is.. u can choose whether u wan to watch tv, aircon, hairdryer and stuffs and these services were all charged accordingly.. meaning if u wan a really cheap one nite stay... u can opt for no tv, no hairdryer and internet or watever... u only pay for wat u use...which i think its quite reasonable.. haha~

This hotel is located very near to the Seafood Restuarant that i have mentioned earlier and also quite near to Danga Beach... Most of the shops were closed when we went to danga beach as we were kinda late and it was drizzling ... so.. we missed out most of the events.. i believe it would be more fun in the afternoon... i saw shops selling kites there.. good place for kite flying...

We had alot of fun strolling at danga beach... nice cool weather.. with beautiful boats full of lightings... and a small funfair there... his sister and dragged my bf along to play bomber car.. i duno wat is it called but its jus a game where u drive the car n try to bang other cars... long time no play... but its so fun... cos both his sister n i gang up to bang my bf's car.... abt 1/2 hr of u chasing mi, mi chasing over ur car... its soooo tiring...

After a long day... we went back hotel to ZzzZz... but overall its a great place to relax urself especially after a long tedious work days... felt rejuvenated... :)

I haven been updating my blog for like so long n i am so glad that i am not forgotten... miss u guys... i bot this Loreal's Renewal Lash Serum when i was randomly loitoring in one of the drugstores after my IPL session.. haha... i saw reviews on taiwan beauty variety show (女人我最大), and they were all good reviews.. so i tot why not try it out.. since its on offer price... Have tried it for 4 days... the results are not so obvious yet... since its only 4 days..

The bourjois's mini range products are all soooo cute.. will eventually collect them all.. they still have rouge... lip gloss... and blusher i think... haha...

I have tried the ETUDE hse Mascara remover already.. its really good.. remove all SUPER waterproof eye make up so quick n easily~ and it has a nice smell.. considerably gentle to eyes... well some got into my eyes but it didnt hurt tt bad..

For all the testers... i haven got time to try them yet... will review if... i tried them.. .haha...

Swatches for the shadow ( Etude hse e/s in 705, Bourjois mini pigment & Bourjois mini pigment applied using damp brush~ )

As u can c frm the swatches.. sorry if its not clear... the grey e/s is gorgeous and the pigment is actually better to apply with damp brush... the clr is really nice... although it dun really look tt nice in the pic... but when i try it on my eyelid its not bad..

1. Blur - i am a extremely blur gal.. always forgetful... have to write down the things i need to do somewhere big if not.. i will still forget... like i left my hp at the office today.. no i am mobile - less!!

2. Emotional - i am a quite emotional gal.. the emo winwin... always get bothered over small matters.. and feel unhappy .. maybe is i think too much? haha... but at times.. i can be very happy over nuthing... jus like switches... on happy mood, off sad mood~~ hhaa...

3. Lame - i can be very lame at times.. saying things that is totally out of the point.. and making pple irritated over my lame jokes.. thats the purpose of being lame wat!! haha!!

5. Love falsie - i am in love with falsies now.. thou i always take soo long time to put it on.. but ya.. i am kinda obsessed over it.. have been buying so mani to keep... no occasion or time to put it on yet! haha...

6. Cosmetics - another thing that make a hole in my pocket... love makeups that can help make mi look prettier... cuter.. cos... i am not pretty / cute enough.. :(

Cute Accessories - i extremely love cute things.. pink, lacy, pearls, blings.. crystals... this is why i started to make accessories.... initially for myself.. but now.. i am selling my own accessories... because.. i feel happy when i c pple wearing the accessories made by mi... its like another achievement!! :)

~ Bangkok short trip ~

Hey guys... i haven been blogging for a while.. haa.. went for a short trip to bangkok.... the weather there is... HOT!! super HOT.. i almost had heat stroke... well.. overall its a very nice vacation n a nice experience ! will definately go again if i have the chance.. the shoppin there was great.. the only bad thing is.. i didnt have enough $$ to spend... n the clothes there that are cheap, cannot be tried on before buying.. so its like i am taking a risk ... buying clothes that i dun even know if it looks nice on mi.. well.. its still ok for some pieces.... for those which i cannot wear or dun looks good on mi i will probably give it to my frens... bot alot of tee shirts... for my frens... requested... almost spent all my money buying their stuffs... haha... got my naraya bags very last min~~ couldnt find it in shopping malls.. was so disappointed and miracle happened... know wat? there is actually a naraya boutique in the hotel i stayed... omg~~ why didnt i discover it earlier? luckily i bot some bags frm there at the very last min before i leave the hotel to the airport!! haha... HAPPY!!

Had alot of nice food there... tom yam tom yam n tom yam... spicy... nice... haha...
the birdnest there is also cheap.. had so much birdness... (2 bowls)... but my skin didnt get better.. or maybe the effect is not so obvious? haha.. got breakouts.. during the trip.. maybe due to bad weather... n reallt polluted air there... the cars n motorbikes... is like... EVERYWHERE... n the traffic is like OMG!! hahhaa.... Really nice food can be found in bangkok and most importantly... its... cheap... compared to food in sg~~ :)

oh ya... bot mac fluid line in black track and SK2 facial treatment essence in Singapore DutyFree shops located in the SG airport... haha.. should be slightly cheaper than the retail shop outside i guessed... well hope it is~~ hahhaa...

Hey guys... hows ur weekends? Mine is kinda... boring... was sooo soo happy that i finally get to c my feli jiejie on sat.. but time passes sooooo fast n she have to leave ard evening time... so we were like rushing.. here n there tryin to get all the things that she wanted... she bot mi aloe vera and falsies... will take pics of the falsies she bot for mi and show u guys later.. haha... love her tonnes.. n i got her a coach coin purse as her advance bday present~ She took sooooo long to decide which design to choose.. haha.. miss her lots already~~

Came up with some new designs over the weekends and make a bracelet (Keys to my heart Charm bracelet) and a pair of earrings (Bronze Ribbon with Swarovski Heart Crystal ) for my colleague, MS ESTHER... she is leaving our compani soon... and she is always nagging that i should make her accessories... so i took this time to make her these accesories as a farewell gift.. will surely miss her lots.. when she leaves the compani and singapore.. Hope she can really take care of herself when she is in europe~~ and of cos.. i hope she likes the bracelet as well as earrings that i designed for her~~ she is a very nice gal.. short tempered but... she has a kind heart~ :)

halo guys... was playing with my new CS 88 shimmer palette today .. i have chosen green clr eyeshadow for the palette to play with. I was actually tryin to replicate this look below. The model below used Coffret D'OR 2009 Spring SA Eye palette in Green tone. I find this look very adorable and i haven tried putting on green eyeshadow for a very long time.. so i tot i could try it out~~ so i did... but of cos.. it didnt come out exactly the same.. since i am using diff palette... haha... but some how quite close i reckon... wat do u guys think abt this look? give mi some comments k? hahha~~

Hey Guys.. have been super busy this week.. doin my handmade accessories blog, Stressed at work~~ and finally here comes SAT!! Why is there only one SAT in a week? why cant we have more weekends??!! S A D !!

Finally got my 88 palette for coastal scents.. bot on ebay.. collected today.. pics will be posted below.. too many clrs for swatches... but pls request if u guys wan swatches for any clr.. i bot.. the ultra shimmery one.. was actually deciding whether to get the original 88 palette or this ultra shimmery but i ended up choosing the ultra shimmery one.. cos i think i will like tt better... will get the original one when i have extra $$ n duno where to spend! haha~~

Also bot Silk Whita Whitening and Moisturing Mask from SASA. Comes in a box of 5 masks.

The mask contains highly permeable mini Hyaluronic Acid particles which instantly replenish moisture while the Vit C whitening factor penetrates into the skin promoting a radiant and hydrated appearance.

Ingredients: Sepi White MSH, Hyaluronic Acis, Collagen, Vit E, Vit C, N.M.F., Propylene Glycol, C.M.C., Methyl Paraben, DI water.

I have not tried the mask yet.. but will update when i try it.. the results should be fine i reckon since there are quite a number of good comments on these masks. haha~

S T R E S S E D ~! haha~ Received LOVE PARCEL from queenie today... so happy... she bot mi.. neutrogena wave ( cos i like pink so she bot me something pink~), Rimmel Pro Eyeliner, Sportgirls liquid eyeshadow ( i love sportgals) & love note frm her.... soo sweet of her... i love u queenie~~ muacks >3<

Tried the neutrogena wave... Have this tingly cool feeling when applied to face, gives a smooth feel after washing off ~ not bad... quite fun to play with cos vibrates... haha!!

The rimmel eyeliner... not waterproof.. but thin tip which is good for drawing fine precise line... not bad not bad... the liquid eyeshadow is soo nice.. give a peachy shimmery pink clr... very easy to apply~ (Swatches below)

Bot a new eyebrown pencil + eyebrown mascara last week... nice light brown clr eyebrown pencil which comes with eyebrown mascara.. This eyebrown mascara brightens eyebrown colour. The mascara may be used to tone down thick, black brown to match ur hair colour ( which i needed now.. since my hair clr is lighter than before~)

( Sequence: Eyebrown mascara, Eyebrown pencil, Sportgirls liquid e/s & Rimmel Pro eyeliner)

I also bot... one e/s from etude hse.. is so nice pigmented n cheap.. very shimmery as well and MAjolica Majorca Neo Automatic Liner in BK911.. Wanted to buy this liner since some time ago... finally got it!! I like this liner alot... is easy to apply ... the liner hardly smudge... jus that it is not waterproof but i still love it~~

1. I graduated from University of Queensland (Bachelor in Applied Science) last yr. It was a sudden decision to further my studies but i didnt regret it as i get to know so many nice pple ard the world.. some became my super close frens~

2. I treasure frenship alot.. dislike pple who take me for granted. I have many frens but only a few true frens... i shall mention their names... (Fatty, Queenie, Felicia, Christine, Ernest)

3. I am the only daughter and i have 2 bros... one elder n one younger... thou i am the only gal.. i was not the one they cared the most... traditional parents... guys r more impt... sob.. but still i can survive my way thru this 20 something years.. and i have mani pple who really dote on mi ... like my fatty, ernest, queenie n felicia~ i truely appreciate them~

4. I am considered quite tall for a gal.. 170.5cm.. haha.. and pretty slim.. i am aiming to put one slightly a bit more weight...

5. Due to my height, i have long legs... so i love wearing mini skirts, short dresses n shorts.. mostly above knee length. i seldom wear jeans...

6. I love my bangs... like anithing that is pink.. love makeup, skin care products... love shopping but... limited capital... haha.. love my LV neverfull~

7. i am working as a QC technician in a beverage company and i deal with raw material to finished product checks... including microbiology checking.. a job with big responsibilities but pretty much routine job~

8. i am a funni and extremely blur, clumsy gal... accident prone... got bruise all over without knowing where i have knocked myself onto... haha...

~ TSUBAKI SHAMPOO + CONDITIONER + TREATMENT ~

Hey Guys... haven been posting for some time... haha.. bot new shampoo today... i heard of quite a few reviews on this Tsubaki shampoo so i tot i could give it a try.. c if its able to save my severely damaged hair.. (after all the colouring, perming, straightening and blow drying treatments...) This shampoo is actually for Shiseido company and is known as the number 1 hair care shampoo in JApan.. (well... stated on the bottle tat its #1). I have bot the packaged one which consist of.. 1 x 550ml shampoo, 1 x 550ml conditioner and 1 x 120g treatment. I find it quite worth it.. so instead of buying it separately .. i got all in one go~~ It has a nice... mild duno how to describe fragrance.. maybe flowery smell since tsubaki is Japanese for camellia, a kind of flower...so its not too bad... cos i am pretty particular abt shampoo smell and i only like shampoo that has fruity smell... but this is still acceptable for mi... quite nice smell...

I have tried it already.. just... haha... so overall is still ok.. my hair is smooth but its not... tat extremely smooth or significantly different from the shampoo i used earlier.. maybe i need to try it over a period of time n i will let u guys know.. if my DAMAGED hair.. have hope~ hahha... but i can c that my hair is... shinier... and.. less frizzy after the first wash... so hopefully it wil be better~

Hello.... seems like its a long time since i post something... hmm too busy with work.. and... lazy... well win win is lazy... esp after work... was unhappy at work a couple of days ago... my colleague vent her anger on mi... i was like~~ WTH.... but she is my fren so ... i dun wan to be too calculative over tt but... its hard for mi to tok to her now.. so ... mute mode at work~~ haha... ok.. enough of my complaints....

I AM SO HAPPY I GOT MY SPORTGIRLS MAKE UP FROM MY DARLING FATTY~~ MUACKS~~ hahaha... he is so nice... he is so SWEET... haha.. well.. i like sportgirls make up cos... its cheap... its nice... its worth it... so i get him to help mi buy in aussie... since i came back frm aussie... i cant stop missing the frens... clothes...makeup products i can get in aussie~~

ok.. i posted some pics... i wanted to do a pic make up tut for u guys but ( i am not pro make up artist i jus wanted to share) but... i cant find my cam charger.. n my poor hp cannot do much~~ i tried takin pics... but it came out toooooo dark even how hard i tried to edit = useless... haha... so i will do if i can find my charger.... so i jus posted 2 pics of mine but u can hardly c the clr on my eyes...

n ya... i finally bot circle contact lens, with 0 degree so basically wearing for fun~ actually i had a pair of not too small eyes but jus wanted to try on the lens... since duno how mani yrs ago i wore lens for fun too... but now.. i jus wanted to try the circle lens... haha... so i bot 2 type... the normal brown one n one is with 3 layer brown? i duno wat is it called but ya the 2 layer lens r more dramatic... n i dun think i will wear to work.. cos i will scare my colleagues.. dun think they can accept.. hahah~ oh.. the pics i have posted is without the lens.. i will try to take some pics of me wearing the lens... sooonnnnn.....

~ Simple Gothic Black Nail Art ~

Halo... finally got this done.. i took a video on how to do this nail art.. and i spent like... soooo sooo long to edit it... cos i took it with my mobile instead of using a camera...and ist time editing video as well... its a total failure!! I cant find my camera's CHARGER!! where did i place it?! Aniway.. i jus took out some screen shots and post it here.. Hope its simple enough to understand and hope u guys like it~

Procedures :

The Materials needed for this nail art. ( Black nail polish, Gold Glitter Nail Polish, Crystals, Wooden pick up stick, Tape and Scissors)

Start off with painting ur nails black and leave it to dry~ (Make sure its really dry enough if not the when peeling of the tape the nail polish will come out as well..)

Cut the tape into strips

Place it across the nails..

Do it on all fingers... i know my fingers are ugly!! =_=

Paint a coat of gold glitter nail polish on the outer part of the nail

Repeat procedure on all nails

Remove the tape gently when glitter nail polish is totally dry

Coat a layer of top coat along the line... Add crystals along it using the wooden pick up stick(choose can ur own type of crystals according to ur preferance.. i am using heart n round crystals)

Ta da.... Finished look... Rem to coat a few layers of transparent top coat so that the crystals can stay on ur nails for a longer period of time.... Hope u guys like it~~~

~ BLUE Sat & Review on MAC Brush Cleanser ~

A very busy sat... tiring sat... hot & humid sat... FORGETFUL sat... i forgot to bring my mobile out... left it on my bed... life is really miserable without my mobile.. i actually dun quite like sat.. because i need to WORK.. 1/2 day~ the travelling time is so sickening!!! haha... aniway... some updates... i went to work in the morning.. finished work ard ard 12 plus... went to meet up with a customer who bot my handmade accessories to surprise his gf... so sweet of him.. he bot a necklace and a bracelet. Had a hard time tryin to locate him as i do not have my mobile with mi.. i had to call him using the PUBLIC PHONE.... well, the meet up was pleasant and the transcation went smoothly.. and i received a positive feedback from him when i reached home.. his gf loves the accessories ... that made my day~ my accessories link --> PrincessDiary ... haha...okie.... back to review on mac brush cleanser..

I bot this MAC Brush Cleanser abt a week ago.. and i find it really useful.... esp for people who love using brushes for makeup (some prefer using hands thou), people like mi is crazy over different kinda makeup brushes... i L O V E my mac 187 brush....
