Hello… I am back for another review… Before I start with the actual review, just give some updates to you guys… I have recently found a job, didn’t expect so soon but yeah… I had like a 2 months rest after my previous super duper stressful cum tiring job.

My skin condition has improved, I think my acne breakout is due to the Shu Uemura cleansing oil (not that it is not a good cleansing oil, is just not suitable for my skin). After changing to cleansing milk, my skin condition has improved a lot. I also changed my skincare routine (more careful in choosing my skincare & makeup products) and of course with less stress now, it also helped on my skin condition.

Ok now back to the review on Klarity Lasertox CC Miracle White Lotion.  The PR from Secretive.sg had contacted me and asked if I am interested in trying this CC Lotion, after reading on the product information that was sent to me, I took up the offer. What’s so good about this product that attracts me? It’s because its PARABEN FREE and NON-COMEDOGENIC. After my sudden acne breakout around my cheeks, I became very caution when choosing skincare / makeup products.

It’s not greasy at all and absorbs quite fast. However, its slightly dry on my skin).

 I overall like this product, the only downside of it is, it’s slightly dry on my skin but I guess if skin is properly moisturized it shouldn't be a big problem. I will continue to use it and update more on this product.

The cc lotion has a really smooth texture; it does not contain colorant unlike the normal cc cream that will change colour when applied onto skin. I used it as a base to brighten and even out my skin tone then some concealer to cover my dark circles and blemishes and loose powder (refer to 3^rd picture with my full makeup).

❤ Review : LOVEMORE Thermal Water Brightening Mask ❤

Hello… I am back for another mask review… (mask again ?!  hahaa). Well, sheet mask is the most convenient way of keeping your skin hydrated when needed… so who will ever complaint that they have too much mask to try??

Today I will be reviewing on the LoveMore Thermal WaterBrightening Mask which was also sent to me by Secretive Pte Ltd together with the SexyLook Mask which I have reviewed earlier. Click here if you have missed it…

Look at the packaging of the product, its pink and it looks like a bottle of mineral water. From the packaging itself, I can tell that the mask should be quite moisturising. This mask provides moisture and helps to brighten up the skin at the same time.

It comes with a box of 5 sheet mask. I have actually tried 2 already. To my opinion, the texture of the LoveMore Thermal Water Brightening Sheet Mask is pretty much similar to the SexyLook Micro Inject Aloe Mask. It’s very thin and comfortable to wear just that the hole for the lip s a little too small or maybe it’s meant to moisturize the lips at well. 

Ok ignore my unglam bare face once again.. not sure why the after pic look so fat! not happy~ Not good angle~

(Winwin’s  tots: l like the subtle scents of the mask and even after removing the mask, it does not leave sticky residue on face – I appreciate mask that don’t make my skin sticky. After using the mask, I can see that the redness of my blemishes is more tamed and my skin looks brighter. However, I would feel that the moisturizing effect is slightly lesser compared to the Sexylook Mask.)

Today’s topic is about COLLAGEN… Collagen plays a very important role is beauty and contributes skin care benefits. Collagen is the primary protein of the extracellular matrix and connective tissue which also is an important structural protein throughout the body.

However, a lot of us who is busy working have excuse like “no time to cook meals for ourselves” “No time to eat meals, so take fast food” this is where supplements can come in to make our life easier. I reckoned it’s a great idea to add collagen powder to our daily drink or meals and we can maintain our body’s collagen content without hassles. I overall liked this product very much. It does not have the fishy taste or smell like some of the collagen product has which is a great plus to me. It does come with a spoon however it’s not the spoon that Suntory provides hence I am not too sure if its measures correctly.

I normally put it one spoonful into my milk tea daily and I have been consuming it for at least one week. (Remember not to put the Collagen powder to beverage that is too hot, as heat will destroy Vitamin C).

I have seen slight regain of skin suppleness and overall felt good. It also helps in girls who are suffering from constipation as it contains lactic-acid bacilli.  

I will certainly repurchase it and continue on the product. Highly recommend my new holy grail product to all my readers and friends.

Comparison Review : Lancôme Genifique Vs L’Oreal Youth Code ❤

Hello girls, today I am going to do a comparison review on Lancôme Genifique Youth Activator and L’Oreal Youth Code Pre-essence. Gosh this is a long delayed post… always had in mind to review these two product but never put into action until now…. Late is better than never right? :x

If you have read my blog posts -- Click here ~ you might have heard me mentioning about Lancôme Genifique as one of my Holy Grail product. I have gone through so many bottles already and have been using for more than 2 years now (still a big fan of it!!).  

The reason I brought L’Oreal Youth Code pre-essence is mainly for comparison, I curious to find out would it be comparable to Lancôme Genifique Youth Activator. So is high end product better or drugstore product better? Let do a comparison below…. 

If you look at the ingredient lists above, both products have quite a number of similar ingredients.  Lancôme Genifique Youth Activator is a little tiny bit more viscous compared to L’Oreal Youth Code Pre-essence but both absorbs really fast.

To my opinion, Lancôme Genifique Youth Activator works better on me as compared to L’Oreal Youth Code Pre-essence, I can really see the results and better absorption of skincare.

As for L’Oreal Youth Code Pre-essence, it works fine but the effect is slower (I would recommend it for younger ladies). It is also a cheaper option if you are looking for a pre-essence to help boost up the absorption of your follow up skincare products.

Hello girls, I know this is a super duper late post. I actually got 3 bella boxes but I will go through it one by one. The other 2 will be updated in next blog posts (April Box). Before I show you what I got from my Christmas box let me just do a brief introduction on bellabox.

Bellabox is a monthly subscription box which allows ladies like me who likes to explore on new products. Each bellabox comes with 5 sample sized products from shampoo, cosmetics to skin cares. Totally of surprise as you will not know what actually they are going to pack into the box. This is also a plus for ladies who love surprises (I mean who don’t??) However, not to worry that the product they sent to you are not suitable for you. You are supposed to fill up a questionnaire during registration to help bellabox know more about you and prevent them from sending products that you might not be suitable to use.

Why did I choose bellabox out of so many subscription boxes available? I think that the price for each box is pretty affordable and after researching and browsing their previous boxes, I feel that the product they sent me I would most likely be fond of. Each box is S$19.95 which I think most of us would be able to afford it and sometimes there are promotions where that particular month box are slightly cheaper (e.g: OCBC Credit Card promo and etc.. )

I can only use one type of perfume which is Gucci Envy, I am very sensitive to scents that are either too strong or too sweet.) but this scents, I like it.. however not sure if I am able to take it.. will try it one day and feedback to u guys if I never faint. Haha!!

4. Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Multi Usage Dry Oil

❥ Luxurious oil treatment that can be used on hair (no heating required) as well as face and body. You can also drip a few drops into your bath tub to achieve perfectly soft skin. I have tried it on my hair as well as my skin. It feels good on skin, not too oily feeling and didn’t break me out but I only uses it occasionally when I remember to use. Have not tried it on my body yet.

5. MEMEME Lip and Cheek Tint

❥ Lip and cheek tint adds a flush of colour to the lip and cheeks. Of all the items I got, I most prefer this, I can say this product is pretty similar to benefit chacha tint however the pigmentation is slightly lesser than the benefit one. Very subtle pink and I like it very much (^‿^) and I think its full size!!

6. Cellilux Deep Sea Secret Glacial Mineral Gel Mask – Bonus

❥ This gel mask contains nutrients and rare glacial water to reverse damage to the skin and rebuild skin elasticity. It detoxifies hydrates and exfoliates the skin which results in brighter and youthful skin. I have not tried this yet so not much comments on this product. I will feedback to you guys if the product is good after I have tried it.

7. Bellabox Eyeshadow Brush – Christmas gift ^^

❥ Eyeshadow brush made of horse hair. It’s super soft and not scratchy at all when applying eyeshadow. The only thing is I wished the brush handle is pink instead of black hahaa.
